Each room is named after a popular hiking trail and has its own special personality ... just like our guests. All five rooms have queen beds and two have an additional day bed. Relax into a fresh, naturally comfortable guest room - all are appointed with ultra soft pillows, feather beds, private bathrooms with hair dryers and personal amenities. Room rate includes a full country breakfast, morning coffee and tea service, daily newspaper, evening wine and refreshments - plus fresh baked cookies available from afternoon through bedtime. This expansive suite is secluded in the downstairs of inn and offers a queen-sized bed that
is tucked in an alcove painted with a mural of wild flowers. A twin bed with trundle lends itself to additional sleeping space.

The kitchenette, dining area and private patio make this room ideal for longer stays. A bath with tub and shower complete this garden view suite. Sleeps three adults or two adults with up to two children.

**Guests in the Meadow Suite are entitled to exclusive use of our Garden Hot Tub.

SKY ROOM

This cheerful guest room is named after the Sky hiking trail in the Mt. Wittenberg region of the Point Reyes National Seashore.

We readily admit to having problems getting some of our guests to leave their rooms and join us for breakfast.

This, our most private and restful room, lends itself to those who like to curl up with a book in the intimate surroundings of this thoughtfully-appointed queen bed room.

Enjoy tree top and garden views. A cozy bathroom with shower completes the naturally relaxing ambiance. Sleeps two.

WHITE GATE ROOM

Ten Inverness Way Policies:

• Rates are based on double occupancy. $40 additional for a third guest in a room.
• We ask that payment be made, in full, at the time of booking.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• Cancellations or a change of dates require 14 days prior written notice with a $25
   per room per night fee.
• E-mail and Fax correspondence is acceptable.
• We require a two-night minimum stay on weekends; three-nights on Holiday weekends.
• We welcome children over 12 in all guestrooms; the Meadow Suite easily accommodates   younger children.
• We are a non-smoking inn.
• Sorry, no pets.
• Please contact the innkeepers if your stay requires 3 or more guestrooms.
• Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. We are happy to accommodate early   arrivals with at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Early check-in begins at 1:00 PM for an additional   fee of $25. Please note that some services and amenities are not available until 3:00 PM.

May we make your stay extra special: Please feel free to call us in advance during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, if you have any special requests you would like us to try to accommodate. We will be happy to pack picnic lunches for hikes, make dining out reservations for you, schedule massages; order flowers, or have wine, sparkling cider, or chilled champagne ready for you when you arrive. We can also assist in scheduling guided hikes and outdoor workout sessions.
